1. We don't charge clients for any VAT

2. If you choose a fixed or hourly rate, we may request images or a video of the items you need to transport to ensure we provide the appropriate van size.

3. When booking an hourly rate, we recommend reserving more hours rather than fewer to be on the safe side. If the van is unavailable due to another booking, it may be difficult for us to accommodate additional time.

4. Mileage charges may apply for long-distance jobs.

​Option 1 – Pay by The Hourly Rate (minimum 3 hours booking)

• No help required = £40 per hour 

• 1 Man and a Van = £60 per hour

• 2 Men and a Van = £80 per hour 

• 3 Men and a Van = £130 per hour

Option 2 – The Half Day Rate

If you think your move might take over 4 hours, you will benefit from the Half Day Rate.

Option 3 – The Full Day Rate

For bigger removals, there are even larger savings to be made.

*Up to 8 hours

The full-day rate must be paid in advance, and no refunds will be provided if the move is completed early. However, you will save £50.
